Club Picnic 5PM at The Wyoming Hereford Ranch

Annual Rotary Summer Picnic at the Wyoming Hereford Ranch! Join us at the WHR Sale Barn & Lawn Wednesday, August 19th from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm Come celebrate summer together with live music from the local ‘City Creek Band’, scrumptious BBQ style food, cool refreshing drinks, Cowboy themed outdoor games, visit with youth exhange students and more! Members are encouraged to invite guests, family, and friends. This event is being planned with your safety in mind and will follow a detailed, Health Department approved plan. This event has been planned with your safety in mind and will follow a detailed, Health Department approved plan. The full plan will be available on the Cheyenne Rotary Club website. Be aware that health orders are subject to change as current health orders are in effect through August 15th. Some current highlights to be aware of:
1. Masks are not required but are highly encouraged while up and moving around. We ask that all guests bring their own face covering, although face masks will be available.
2. Social distancing is to be observed.
3. Large tables will be separated around the premises and will be limited to 6 people per table unless with individuals of the same family. 4. Smaller cocktail tables will be limited to 2 people or individuals of the same family.
5. Hand sanitizer stations will be provided.
6. Please do not attend if you are feeling ill or have been exposed to someone with the virus. Report any COVID positive testing after the event to Rotary leadership.
7. Guests, friends, and family of Rotarians are invited and welcome to attend and shall be made aware of and agree to Cheyenne Rotary Club approved ‘Path to In-Person Meeting’ plan prior to event.
Other important information:
1. Accessible parking will be available in front of the Sales Barn. If you need additional assistance, please contact Jera.
2. Maps, directions, and additional parking information will be provided to RSVP’d guests before the event.
3. Event organizers will be required to be health screened and their temperature checked.
