During our exchange student Judith’s presentation, one of the French teachers asked Judith if she had a sister named Adel. It turns out that the teacher recognized some of Judith’s family description and realized that her daughter Mona was best friends with Judith’s older sister Adel. Adel and Mona were both in Brazil on a Rotary Youth Exchange in 2023 where they had met and become friends.
I find it amazing that a Rotary circle was completed here in Cheyenne through connections from Belgium to Brazil and France.
