As a Vice President and Branch Manager at Meridian Trust Credit Union, she spearheads operational strategy, ensuring top-notch service and employee development. Yet, her impact transcends the workplace. Her leadership philosophy combines grit and grace, emphasizing empathy and advocacy for financial well-being. Beyond the office, she immerses herself in community initiatives, serving as co-vice president of the Friday Food Bag Foundation and contributing to various nonprofits, including Habitat for Humanity’s “The House that Credit Unions Built,” Meals on Wheels “Hike for Hunger,” Boys and Girls Club, and the Wyoming Hunger Initiative.
