Our newest member, Hugh Simpson was introduced to our membership by his sponsor, Mick Finnegan and welcomed to the Club by President Lori. Hugh and his wife Denise moved to Cheyenne last summer from Fort Worth, Texas, where Hugh served for 33 years as General Counsel for two different financial services companies. Hugh was a member of the Rotary Club of Fort Worth for over 15 years, and during his time there he also served as Board Chairman for the Downtown YMCA, Junior Achievement, and the Corporate Counsel Section of the State Bar of Texas. Since moving to Cheyenne, Hugh has established a consulting business focusing on regulatory compliance and enterprise risk management. He recently joined the Cheyenne Chamber of Commerce and was also admitted to the State Bar of Wyoming. Hugh and Denise are members of the First Presbyterian Church of Cheyenne and the CFD Old West Museum. They have two grown sons who live in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and who will no doubt be visiting Cheyenne this summer. |
