Preparing for 2026 Tax Changes
Nov 19, 2025 - The meeting will be held at Little America at 12 noon.
Gabriel Pina, Pina Business Services

Gabriel Pina, a fellow Rotarian and Owner of Pina Business Services, will be here to give some guidance on the tax changes that are coming.

In July, Congress passed the One Big Beautiful Bill Act, introducing a variety of changes that will impact taxpayers starting in 2025. This bill includes new deductions, updated credits, and the expiration of some existing credits. In this overview, Gabriel will highlight the key provisions of the Act that taxpayers need to be aware of, with a focus on how these changes could affect tax filings and financial planning for the upcoming year.

Pina Business Services was founded by Gabe in 2007. Prior to that, he was frequently working 60-hour weeks and constantly missing his family. If you ask Gabe, the best part of starting the business is that he could be present to watch his children grow up into the adults they are now. He travels more frequently (a real passion for him), and is able to be an engaged member of his community in Cheyenne Wyoming.

Now you can find him almost every morning on the porch enjoying the brisk Wyoming air, an educational book, and a cigar before he heads to the office.

Gabe works with clients across the US in a variety of industries to establish financially secure small businesses!

Fence Removal at Rotary Park

Another crew of Rotarians completed the fence removal project at Rotary Park with only a few clean up items left.  Thanks to all who helped.

The project was easier when Bill Gentle's son Justin brought his skid steer from Wheatland to pull the fence posts.

He also brought his wire winder attachment to wind up the barbed wire.

The hog wire was the most difficult to deal with.

Fencing and posts loaded and ready to take away for recycling.
