All Rotary Board, Committee and noon Membership meetings will only meet through Zoom Virtual Meeting format until January 15, 2021. This decision was made by the Board on November 18 to protect members from the spike of Covid-19 cases in Laramie County.

Double Your Donation to the Local Foundation
The Cheyenne Rotary Club Foundation, founded in 1988, was created exclusively for the benefit of the Cheyenne Rotary Club to enable our Club to support community projects throughout Laramie County.  Projects supported by the Foundation have included music education through the Cheyenne Symphony, the Veterans Center at LCCC, protective equipment for Cheyenne police, and character development books for students.  With your gifts, we can do even more!  When the endowment reaches $1 million, our Club will be able to contribute up to $50,000 per year to local projects.  And this year, not only are your donations matched by a $30,000 challenge gift from Rotary Club funds, because of the CARES Act a larger portion of your donation may also be tax deductible.  Help Rotary make a difference in our community, and donate today!

RSVP for Holiday Party To-Go Meals

Then just pick up your holiday lunch at Little America in Carol’s Café (the coffee shop just inside the main entrance) any time between 11:30 and noon on Wednesday, December 16.  It will be boxed and ready to take back with you, so you can join us on Zoom as soon as you can. If you would like a meal but aren’t able to pick it up yourself, we have a couple of your Rotary friends that have volunteered to pick it up and deliver it to you. Please let us know in the RSVP link.

ZOOM MEETING INFORMATION:

If you want to say, "Hi!" and catch up with each other before the meeting, please "join" the virtual meeting any time after 12:00.  You will be able to unmute yourself and connect for about fifteen minutes.  When you first join the meeting, you will be in a "waiting room" and we will let you in as soon as we can.
