Beginning with the February 3rd Membership meeting, we will re-commence having hybrid meetings. This means that you can participate in the meeting through Zoom or you can attend at Little America and have lunch. The seating will be four to a table and you must wear a mask except when eating. Social distancing will be observed. This decision was made by the Rotary Board at their January 27th meeting. The hybrid meeting format is in effect until further notice.
To join a Membership meeting with Zoom, follow the meetings information below.

Past President Mick Finnegan was our Consider a Rotarian last week. Mick is one of our most prolific new member sponsors. The following is a quote from his talk:
"My name is Mick Finnegan. I work for Western Vista Credit Union on Sparks Road in Cheyenne.
I do commercial lending for Western Vista. So, my emphasis is on businesses -- their owners, and real estate investors seeking to purchase, or re-finance, real estate.
My wife, Margi, and I have lived in Cheyenne just over six years. We moved here from Margi’s hometown of Loveland, Colorado.
I joined the Rotary Club of Longmont in 1991 and served as that Club’s President. I initially joined Rotary to take advantage of the business networking and community contacts, but soon learned that it was the community service, the programs, and the social interactions that kept me involved.
I’m proud and honored to have served as your Club President. It was the last year before the COVID pandemic. We did a “Rotary Build” for Habitat; worked on Crow Creek Revival, Rooted in Cheyenne, installed gutter bins, and helped with the VA produce project. We had a wine tasting at Esther’s (Morris House Bistro) thanks to Judy Weickum and Julie Malm; and the progressive dinner thanks to Susan & Ron Hammel, Lindi & Alan Kirkbride, and Denise & Brent Lathrop – notice that I mentioned the ladies’ names first. We’re going to get back to those times!
In the meantime, I encourage each of you to invite your business acquaintances and friends to join us at Rotary. Remember, most of the people that you know, already live the 4-Way Test – they’re already Rotarians – they just don’t know it! Ask them to come."
New member, Dr. Carol Fischer sponsored by Larry Meuli was able to join us for her first "in person" meeting on Wednesday. Welcome Carol when you see her.
There will be green beer and Irish whisky sampling at the Rotary meeting on March 17th as it falls on St. Patrick's Day. Plan to be there and enjoy the festivities!
