Josie Molloy is the Executive Director of the CFD Old West Museum and she is here to give us an update on all the exciting things happening at the museum.
Josie grew up on a cattle ranch in Southeastern Oregon. At a young age, she undertook leadership positions to promote the western heritage including serving as the Harney County Rodeo Queen and Oregon Beef Ambassador. Josie has a solid history in Wyoming, receiving her bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Communications with a minor in Journalism from the University of Wyoming. Her career experience includes 14 years in the chamber of commerce industry starting out at the Laramie Chamber Business Alliance in Laramie WY.

Jason's Friends Fundraiser

Last fall, the executive director of Jason’s Friends, Christine Robinson gave our Club a talk on what Jason’s Friends does for Wyoming children who have been diagnosed with cancer. Many Rotarians felt this was a very worthwhile nonprofit and were pleased that such an organization existed.

Jason’s Friends will be having their first Cheyenne area bowling fundraiser on March 7th at Derby Lanes.  The board of our Rotary Club voted to donate $3,000 towards the fundraising for Jason’s Friends.
