Beginning this week, we plan on resuming our physical gatherings and activities.  We will follow the guidelines established by the Department of Health.  Masks and social distancing will be required.

Rotary Club of Cheyenne will also continue virtual meetings.  We encourage those Rotarians unable to attend and guests to join us each Wednesday at noon!  To join a meeting, click on the Speaker and the meeting information below and follow the links.

In-Person Meetings to Resume

Initially, we will be requiring RSVP's for each weekly meeting until we get a feel for how many attend on average--so please be aware of that.  Currently, we may have 50 people attend in-person

There is a very detailed and Health Department approved plan to conduct these in-person meetings. The full plan is available on the website.  Be aware that Health orders are subject to change...current orders are in effect until July 31. .

Some current highlights to be aware of:

1.  Masks will be required other than while eating.
2.  Social distancing is to be observed.  Seating at 72" round tables will be limited to 4 people per table.
3. Attendance cards are to be completed by one person at each table, bring your own pen.  These cards will not only be used for attendance, but also in the event contact tracing becomes necessary.
4. Hand sanitizer stations will be provided.  Please do not attend if you are feeling ill or have been exposed to someone with the virus. Report any COVID positive testing to Rotary leadership.
5.  Feel free to wear a personal name badge or other Rotary pins, badges will not be available at this time.

If you feel uncomfortable about attending in-person or if you have guests, please use our zoom link:
