Joining the community in the perfect example of a public and private partnership, Rotary Club of Cheyenne and the Cheyenne Rotary Club Foundation and various Rotarians helped make the splash park a reality. The last piece of the Depot plan, this area was always intended to be a water feature. Today it is a community asset available to everyone!
