From the Ground Up: 3 Pillars of Lifelong Movement

Monica Taylor-Lee

August 26, 2026 - The meeting will be held at Little America at 12 Noon.
Monica Tayor-Lee, LMT
From the Ground Up: 3 Pillars of Lifelong Movement

After obtaining my massage therapy certification from the Healing Arts Institute in Ft. Collins, CO in 2003, I have continuously expanded my understanding of the human body and its mechanisms. By drawing upon my knowledge of RAPID Neurofascial Reset, Functional Range Systems, CranioSacral Therapy, Proprioseptive Deep Tendon Reflex, Neural Manipulation, and Facilitated Stretching, I can evaluate your body's specific requirements and provide appropriate treatment.

While I still offer limited conventional massage therapy services, I have shifted my focus to working with the nervous system to provide mindful bodywork designed to reduce pain, strengthen your foundation and restore the movement you need to stay active for life.

The Saturday noon shift of food drive volunteers at King Soopers:

Susan Akey, Addy Tucker, Dave Bartlett and Lucie Osborn.  Thanks to all who helped with the food drive this past weekend.

Once again the Rotary Picnic was a great sucess.  We got to meet our new exchange students for the Rotary Year:

Jose Neto from Brazil.

Elisa Mura from Italy.

The exchange students being given their gift boxes assembled by Rotarian Kirsten Jones. The host families are with the students.

Neto introducing himself.

Many Rotarians enjoyed the food and company:
